PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS:

Payments:

GetFit 24 has NO ANNUAL FEE. GetFit 24 has a recurring system using debit, credit, and/or ACH for all membership plans and training plans. All individual membership plans have a one-time $49 Enrollment Fee. Couple memberships have a $60 Enrollment Fee. Family membership plans have a $80 Enrollment Fee.

Refunds:

GetFit 24 will only allow refunds on unopened products sold at the front desk. No other refunds.

 

Cancellations:

GetFit 24 will only cancel a membership if the contract has ended. If the individual has not completed the contract, they will pay a cancellation fee. All Cancellations must have a 30 day notice and must be completed in person at the front desk.

INFORMATION WHEN PURCHASING ONLINE (KEY FOB ACCESS)

Key Fobs are activated at the front desk in the gym. Please remember to bring your ACH or banking information, as this information completes your account with us and allows your 24HR key fob to be activated.
