This varies on multiple factors. For every membership to sign up we have a $49 enrollment fee. (Family plan is $80)

GetFit 24 does not have any Annual Fee, Cleaning Fee, or Service Fee with all of our memberships.

I heard the sauna costs extra. Is that true?

No, ALL memberships now have sauna access with their facility access.

*Disclaimer: Sauna access is available during our 50 staffed hours per week. We cannot have the sauna available during unstaffed hours due to insurance requirements.

With our trainers you are able to work on: Fat loss, agility, strength, power, endurance, weight management, athletic abilities, and overall health. Commitment plan is 12 months on all memberships unless purchased without a contract.

When does my membership get charged?

All Memberships are charged on the day you signed up each month. This can be changed if requested in a written notice.
 
Exception:
 
Personal Training is charged on the day you first purchase your training contract.

I was charged twice for my monthly bill. Who can I contact to fix the issue?

I signed up online. How can I finish my account?

Once you have purchased a membership plan online, please visit us at our facility at the front desk.
 
You will need to provide us with your Banking Account and Routing information to complete your account.
 
Once your account has been finalized you will recieve your key fob at the front desk.

Question 13

How can I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

All memberships must be cancelled at the front desk with a 30 days written notice.
 
Upon arrival to the front desk, please present your ID and staff will have you sign your release paperwork for your membership termination.
 
If your membership contract has not been completed, you will be charged 3 months pro-rated amount of your membership rate for the cancellation fee.

By doing this, you will need to visit us at the front desk and finalize this with the front desk associate.

What are the hours?

GetFit 24 offers a 24/7 key fob entry system upon member sign up. All members may get into the facility to exercise during or after our staffed hours.
 
Staffed Hours:
 
Monday - Thursday: 10 AM - 8 PM
 
Friday - Saturday: 10 AM - 3 PM
 
Sunday: No Staff. 24/7 Member Access Only.

Yes, we do! You will find increased sanitization wipe stands throughout the gym, fully stocked with disinfectant sprays next to the wipe buckets.
